General building & Refurbishment

The majority of general practised building and renovation works are undertaken either by our in-house team, or sub-contracted to a specialist and carefully managed by us. Please contact us for a breakdown of building work undertaken.

Landscaping

Including the building and groundworks of small - medium sized outbuildings, conservatories, pathways and paving.

Interior & Exterior decoration

Including specialist work, such as extensive woodwork repairs, spraying, textured and standard wallpaper installation and general internal preparation and decoration.

A estimated project timeline will usually be issued, alongside a detailed and concise quote.
Faiers Projects payment terms are variable to each quotation, and will be issued with the deposit invoice prior to the commencement of work.
Any electrical work will be carried out by NICEIC approved contractors.
Any work to existing or new heating systems will be undertaken by a competent and GasSafe engineer.
